Since 2009, perisens has evolved from a university (TUM) start-up to a leading global radar measurement company.   • Evaluate IEEE 802.11bn (Wi-Fi 8) PHY for in-vehicle and vehicle-to-external-network communication.<\/li>\n
  • Study the benefits and limitations of advanced Wi-Fi 8 (802.11bn) PHY\/MAC mechanisms\u2014in particular unequal modulation\/coding across spatial streams (UEQM) and distributed resource unit (DRU)\u2014and simulate the impact on reliability and throughput under vehicle-relevant conditions.<\/li>\n
  • Study the effects of HW impurities and synchronization errors on the packet demodulation.<\/li>\n
  • Generate, transmit, and analyze Wi-Fi 8-like waveforms using software-defined-radios (SDR). Perform in-vehicle over-the-air transmissions via vehicle antennas and demonstrate feasibility and performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Experience with RF measurement equipment is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
