    \nEvery data subject has the right to request information as to whether personal data relating to them is being processed.<\/li>\n
  2. Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR)<\/strong>
    \nEvery data subject has the right to receive information free of charge about the personal data stored about them and a copy of this information.<\/li>\n
  3. Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)<\/strong>
    \nThe data subject has the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her.<\/li>\n
  4. Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) (Art. 17 GDPR)<\/strong>
    \nEvery data subject has the right to demand that the personal data concerning him or her be deleted immediately, provided that one of the reasons stated by law applies and insofar as the processing is not necessary.<\/li>\n
  5. Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)<\/strong>
    \nEvery data subject has the right to request the restriction of processing if one of the statutory grounds applies.<\/li>\n
  6. Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)<\/strong>
    \nEvery data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance, where the processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and the processing is carried out by automated means, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller. Furthermore, in exercising his or her right to data portability pursuant to Article 20(1) of the GDPR, the data subject shall have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible and when doing so does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.<\/li>\n
  7. Right to withdraw consent under data protection law (Art. 13 GDPR)<\/strong>
    \nEvery data subject has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time if the processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a or Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal<\/li>\n
  8. Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
    \nEvery data subject has the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions. Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  9. Automated decisions in individual cases, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR)<\/strong>
    \nEvery data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her, provided that the decision<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
