What started more than 16 years ago as a spin-off from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) has become a global market leader in Radome Measurement Systems. Now a new chapter begins as perisens joins BYK-Gardner, a member of the ALTANA Group.
ALTANA is a specialty chemicals company and especially active in the paints and coatings industry. We are pleased to announce that BYK-Gardner GmbH, located in Bavaria, Germany has acquired the perisens business. perisens employees will now become BYK-Gardner employees. The BYK Instruments group designs and manufactures high-precision optical and mechanical testing systems for objective measurement of color, appearance and physical properties used for quality control in a wide range of industrial applications. BYK-Gardner, a global player with several worldwide local representations, is looking forward to continued innovation, a customer-centric focus, a broadening of repair and support services with the new product portfolio of perisens.
